Nuclevo (“we” or “us”) provides local-first automation tools. Unlike cloud-based or AI-driven platforms, Nuclevo is designed to execute logic directly in your browser without "reading" or "learning" from your sensitive data.
Zero-AI Architecture
Nuclevo does not use Artificial Intelligence or Large Language Models to process your data. Your automation workflows are executed as deterministic scripts. We do not "train" models, nor do we transmit the content of the pages you automate to any third-party AI providers.
1. Personal Data We Collect
A. Account & Billing
We collect your email address for account management. Payment processing is handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Nuclevo does not see or store your full credit card details; these are managed entirely by Paddle.
B. Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve our Service. These tools use cookies to collect anonymous usage data. Our payment provider, Paddle, also uses cookies to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud during the checkout process.
C. Technical Metadata
To ensure extension reliability, we collect browser versions, OS metrics, and error logs. This data is used solely for debugging and does not include the content of your automated pages.
2. Local-First Processing
Your workflow "Input Data" (the specific values you enter into forms or scrape from pages) is processed locally. Nuclevo servers only store the "Structure" of your workflows to allow for multi-device synchronization.
3. No Sale of Data
We do not "sell," "rent," or "share" your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Our business model is powered by subscriptions, not by monetizing your information.
4. Security & GDPR Compliance
We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Under the GDPR (for EU users) and similar regulations, you have the right to access, export, or delete your data. Because Nuclevo is local-first, the majority of your sensitive data never leaves your machine. For any data stored on our synchronization servers, you can request permanent deletion at support@nuclevo.com.
